Description

You and your team can learn and grow your DEI work with a deep dive into discovering how to overcome class bias structure through empowering actions used to leverage change.

In this workshop, bestselling author and DEI expert CJ Gross will be joined by leadership and empowerment expert and award-winning author Ashley T. Brundage, and together they will present an engaging session focused on leveraging empowerment to navigate class differences and potential biases.

Learning Outcomes:

• Cultivate an inclusive and empowering culture for everyone’s ZIP code story through “10 Empowering Leadership Actions” found in the research
• Explore the business case for ZIP code stories covering the ten most common differences that people have and how each of them are impacted by empowerment
• Acquire strategies for hiring first ZIP code stories and how to intertwine your leadership development for recruiting and retention through empowerment
